Issy Panayis has cut her teeth as an alternative DJ during her seven years presenting on Radio X. Now reaching almost one million listeners on the afternoon show, Issy is entrusted for her eclectic and crowd-pleasing taste, an extensive knowledge of rock and indie music, and knowing exactly which songs will get the party started. Having performed at venues ranging from London’s five-star Standard Hotel, to iconic rock club Scala, Issy is able to tailor her playlist to suit the needs of the client whatever the event.

Her typical set blends together classic rock artists like The Clash and T. Rex, with newer sounds from the likes of Confidence Man and Wet Leg, as well as indie disco favourites from The Strokes, The Prodigy and more.

When Issy is not DJing, she is also a voiceover artist, an announcer for Channel 5, and has appeared on television to host shows such as MTV’s dedicated music programme Gonzo.
